Hardy Shapes is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We pride ourselves on customer service so we are here to satisfy you as well as keep you warm.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds are subject to the warranty attached to your board. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

WARRANTY

HARDY SHAPES provides 90 day warranty against manufacturing faults and workmanship from the date of purchase.

HARDY SHAPES reserves all rights, in it’s sole discretion to determine manufacturing faults either by photographic and video evidence or direct inspection.

Whats not covered by warranty; Creasing, Misuse, Damaged sustained by other surf crafts or any natural or man made objects. 

HARDY SHAPES has the right to examine the board and make all final decisions on whether the board was deemed misused when damage occurred to your bodyboard.

The warranty claim will not be considered for:

  • Misuse and damage on behalf of the owner /rider
  • Not handled in accordance with board care
  • Modifying the board in anyway
  • Snapped stringers or penetration of deck / slick from stringer/s due to aerial manoeuvres
